#GIVEHOPE for Childhood Cancer
I wanted to start off by saying – I’ve been touched by cancer in my life and this hit close to home. I had a friend pass away from childhood cancer, and it’s not fair. For the child, for their families, anyone!
When I saw this campaign, I knew I had to take part in it. So did my boys! What better way to bring awareness than these handsome studs? And I truly believe that the pet community has some of the biggest hearts around. Thats YOU!
I partnered with Extended Stay America for their #GiveHope campaign – where they work with the American Cancer Society to give rooms to families of those children that are receiving treatment so that they can have a nice place to stay away from home.

As stated on their website: starting since 2013, Extended Stay America has donated over 85,000 FREE or deeply discounted rooms to the American Cancer Society® for patients receiving treatment away from home.
How amazing is that?!
They had such a fun idea to use Hope, the bear, to raise awareness of childhood cancer and Milo + Benji took to him wonderfully. They wanted to cuddle right away!
With the support of their guests, Extended Stay America has committed to sending 5,000 of these adorable Hope bears to children’s hospitals around the country to bring a smile to those children with cancer. What a great gift! If only people could fully understand the health benefits of a smile…
For more information please visit the #GIVEHOPE Campaign site and find out how YOU can make a difference and join this wonderful cause!
I know the pet community can unite together for such a great cause. Help us send every child suffering from this awful disease a bear to remind them to have HOPE!
